Samantha is a part of two biggies – Suriya starrer Anjaan, and Kaththi, with Ilayathalapathy Vijay. Anjaan is directed by Lingusamy, and Kaththi will be an AR Murugadoss directorial.
In a recent interview, she was asked about her directors, and this is what she had to say about them:

"I have always wanted to work with Lingusamy, as he is a master of commercial cinema. I have always admired his etching of female characters. Meera Jasmine’s role in Sandakozhi is an example of the sassiness his heroines come with" About AR Murugadoss
"He is just so good at what he does, and knows exactly what he wants out of each artiste. I have great faith in Kaththi, and you will see why"
