Ajith generally repeats his directors if he is really impressed with their work. Directors like Vishnuvardhan and Saran have worked on multiple films with Thala and have also met with success invariably. Now, the director of Veeram, Siva is also in this 'repeat' league as reported earlier and he would be helming 'Thala 56'. The shooting of this film would begin in November this year, after Ajith completes 'Thala 55' (by Gautham). He is also reportedly expected to undergo a surgery before he starts work on 'Thala 56'.
